1942 UK British half crown silver coin. Natural patina finish with polished highlights. Size is 10.25 in US. Bulky and heavy coin ring with beautiful natural patina finish. Very nice detail on this coin ring. I still have few British half crowns so I can make you one in your size if this one does not work. Best ring sizes for this coin will be between 8 to 12 to keep it nice and bulky.

I had this 1972 silver (.625) Munich Olympic Deutsche 10 mark coin for many years and I never cared so much for it. IMHO it is not a very nice coin. After close examination of this coin I saw a potential to turn it into a nice silver ring. I was hoping to keep this nice detail on the smooth edge of the coin with Latin inscription “FORTIVS CITIVS ALTIVS”. I think it worked well. Also the way I “wrapped” this coin around my mandrel with this nice smooth edge created an illusion of a silver in-lay and it looks awesome. I almost see this Art Deco pattern / design now when it’s finished. Judge it for yourself and follow my pics below for a quick pictorial. I hope you enjoy it.
